Is there any potential to have multiple seasons?

- I would say that there is a potential, as they're is a sequel book being released that I could take inspiration off as well or there is ways to look into the characters after the end. However, I think the series works with ending and not knowing what's going to happen, and leaving questions for the audience but having a solid final event.

Don't you worry that it could be bit depressing?

That is something to consider with the theme being so serious, however I think the audience will understand this when watching just by the theme of the show. I will also try and finish the series on a positive note.

Do you worry that it doesn't address the issues seriously, and that you might offend people by talking about sexual assault?

This is definitely a concern when making a show with such serious issues. To make sure I am not offending people I will do sufficient research on the topic. I will try and consider the age group as well and make sure to make everything I am showing appropriate to the audience of 16-21 year olds.  However because my show is being shown on the BBC3, I am more confident that it will offend less people compared to if it was being shown on BBC1 or BBC2 platforms which have less forward viewing audiences

PITCH EVALUATION:

Overall, I was happy with how my pitch went. I feel I went into reasonable detail for each slide and included lots of information about my show. However there are lots of things I felt like I needed to improve on. I need to make sure my slides have more information on them to clearly show my idea. I think in my final pitch I will make sure to spend more time talking about more important details like the episode breakdown compared to spending lots of time on other bits that aren't as important. I would also like to improve my confidence pitching, but doing the pitch as a VoiceOver definitely helped with that. One thing that brought down this pitch was that I'm not 100% clear on all aspects of the show yet, as I was trying to work around making the book into a show. 

PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS:

The main thing I need to improve on in my next pitch is my idea. The feedback I got told me that I shouldn't base my show off the box, only be inspired by it. This will also help me to maybe make some elements of the show more clear in the pitch as I will have more creative freedom to change the story and make it fit the audience better. I also need to consider the feedback about my slides, I will add more information on each slide and move around the arrangement of my slides as this will help me be more clear in my message. I will also talk about my mood board more in the final pitch, so I can make it clear how I am using symbolism in the bright colours and moody atmospheres to represent how the character is feeling. I will consider the feedback bout commercial music, however I feel I didn't explain well enough the type of commercial music I am using as justification, so I need to make sure to explain this further in my final pitch.
